Our all natural Black seed oil can be consumed in either capsule or liquid form. However, due to its strong flavor, you may want to mix the oil with honey or lemon juice before ingesting.
 
Face care - After cleansing the face, apply a few drops of carrier oil and massage into your face and neck.
Body care - For the skin, you can apply a few drops to any part of the body and massage to moisturise.
Hair care - Whilst your hair is dry, apply a few drops of oil in to your hair by massaging it in.
Black seed oil helps to prevent wrinkles as it contains antioxidants that fight free radicals in your body, may help to fight acne, it has antibacterial properties, it's very moisturising and promotes overall skin health.
